7. Third-Party Integrations and Plugins

Smush (Image Optimization)

Smush optimizes images for web use by sending them to WPMU DEV servers. EXIF data is either stripped or returned as-is and is not permanently stored. Smush uses the Stackpath CDN, which may store visitor logs (IPs, user agent, referrer, location, ISP) for 7 days. Files may be served from countries other than your own. Smush uses Drip for administrator emails only. Learn more at WPMU DEV’s privacy policy.

YouTube

Our website may use YouTube plugins (operated by Google/YouTube LLC). Visiting pages with YouTube plugins establishes a connection to YouTube’s servers, which logs which pages you visit. If logged into your YouTube account, YouTube may associate your browsing behavior with your profile. You can prevent this by logging out. Learn more in YouTube’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Google Web Fonts

We use Google Web Fonts for consistent typography. Your browser connects to Google’s servers to load these fonts, and Google becomes aware of your IP address and that our page was accessed. This is done in accordance with GDPR Article 6(1)(f) justified interests. Learn more at https://developers.google.com/fonts and Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Really Simple SSL

This plugin does not process personally identifiable information and is not subject to GDPR requirements.

API Integrations

We use API keys from the following third-party services to provide specific features:
